Mattel Liddle Kiddles
Mattel was the first to create these miniature dolls beginning in 1966.
They are 2 1/2" - 3 1/2" tall. Kiddles have vinyl covered wired bodies and you can "bend and pose them". They have "rooted hair which can be combed or brushed" and their heads can turn.
I have collected the first 24 Kiddles, as well as the Storybook Kiddles.
Mattel made many more Kiddles well into the 1970s, but I don't think they're as cute as the original 24.
